About Promo Printworks

Personalized print work, made clear

We create personalized gifts and small merchandise runs with clear checks, simple ordering, and local collection or delivery in Sumaré.

Promo Printworks is a print studio focused on practical, well-organized production for gifts, small businesses, and community groups. We work on items such as mugs, tote bags, notebooks, and small merchandise sets.

Our process is built around the details that matter most in custom work: quantity, deadlines, artwork review, proof approval, and variant sorting before collection or delivery.

Our story

Built for small custom runs

We have grown by keeping the production flow straightforward and the communication practical from the first inquiry to final handoff.

Since 2016, Promo Printworks has supported customers who need custom pieces without a complicated ordering process. The studio was built to handle personalized requests with enough structure to keep each step easy to follow.

Before production, we review the artwork, name list, quantity, and deadline so the quote and proof reflect the project details. That helps keep expectations clear before anything moves into print.

Finished orders are prepared for collection or local delivery within Sumaré, with variant sorting available for small team sets and mixed-item projects.

What we value

How we work

Our work is shaped by clear checks, realistic timelines, and a production flow that fits small custom orders.

File preflight

We review files before production to catch layout issues and confirm the agreed artwork setup. That keeps the next steps focused on the approved version of the project.

Project-based quoting

Each order is quoted based on item mix, size, and personalization needs. This makes small runs easier to plan and keeps the process grounded in the actual project scope.

Sorted packaging

When orders include multiple names or variants, we sort the finished items by version for simpler pickup or delivery. It is a practical way to keep group orders organized.

Local handoff

We offer local delivery and collection within Sumaré, with order timing based on confirmed files, materials, and studio capacity. That keeps delivery planning realistic.
